The 91 steps 

The Cathedral and 91 steps here are well known from Game of Thrones and command a must photo opportunity.  In season six Girona's labyrinthine old town and winding alleys are used for the city of Braavos where Arya Stark struggles with blindness.  The 91 steps of the Gothic Cathedral is where Jamie Lannister gallops up to try and stop "the walk of atonement".

Near the bottom of these passages is the famous bohemian style Cafe le Bistrot  which specialises is slow cooked pig's cheek.  Expensive in the evening, but actually is included in their menu del dia at a much more reasonable price, lunch time.

Yes we did break the golden rule of never eating in view of the Cathedral.  And yes we did even eat at that table.   And no, we were not disappointed and no we were not ripped off.
