Budapest and Hungarian Wine

It would appear talking to various friends that Budapest is becoming the latest city in Europe for a long weekend.

So my researcher i.e. the wife has already started planning a trip.

Coincidentally we normally buy our wine from Majestic Wine Merchants in Fforestfach Swansea.  The team here are brilliant at giving advice and always great you with a friendly welcome.  I always ask for a "wild card" to be added to any case of wine, and Chris "Wine Guru and Enthusiast" suggested we try this outstanding Hungarian White Wine.

Royal Tokaji Dry Tokaji 2015.        Exceptional !!!

We cooked fresh salmon coated in honey and sprinkled with chilli flakes to enjoy with this wine and steamed vegetables.
